Follow me on:

phoneOkay, kids. I just found something I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.

Check this out:

It's called SAT Remix, and it's not an SAT app for your phone. It's an SAT vocabulary lesson you receive via text, that's super-quick, super-easy and super-efficient. In a word, it's super. Can you tell I like it?

Here's how it works:

  1. You sign up to receive the lessons.
  2. The service will text you a lesson every Monday - Thursday at 7:00 PM.
  3. You read the SAT vocab word and either follow the link or call the number provided to hear the lesson.
  4. Once you're finished, you can save the word to review again if you didn't get it the first time around.

Easy!

Plus, each of the little lessons are set to funky background music to aid your retention of the word.

Now this is easy SAT vocab learning, and it's WAY more fun than flashcards.

Try it out, here.

This is a great application to have in my phone. I also like to recommend collegeinsightsonline.com. It is a site dedicated to help students in their SAT preparation.
