Test Prep Tasty Tidbit: Chat Before the Test
Unless your professor or teacher specifically asks you to stay quiet, chat up the people sitting next to you right before the test starts. What did they think was important to remember? Which items did they study? Someone may bring up a fact you never went over. It's happened to me! I studied thoroughly for a women's literature exam and talked with a few people before the test. After a couple of minutes of chatting, I realized I hadn't studied one of the author's being tested, so I quickly ran through her info. It helped me pick up a few points on the exam I would have missed.
Better than chatting? Quiz each other to test your memories about the content prior to testing.
