Can I Re-Take the GMAT?

From About.com

Question: Can I Re-Take the GMAT?

Answer: You can take the GMAT 5 times each year, but no more than once in any 31-day period. You will have to pay the full registration fee for each re-take. These limitations still apply if you cancelled the scores from a test date.

Keep in mind that business schools will receive all of the scores you've earned in the past 5 years, and while some will only consider your top score, others will average every GMAT score you've earned.
