Question: Should I Guess on Multiple-Choice Questions?:
Answer: Maybe. Most test prep experts, including the College Board itself, recommend guessing on the SAT I if you can eliminate one or more choices. If you've narrowed down the possible answers, it will be in your favor to make an educated guess because of the increased probability of earning a full point. But if you can't narrow down the answers, don't randomly guess - skip the problem and return to it if you have time later.
