My Top New Year's Resolutions
! I resolve to read the Bible by the end of 2011.
2. I resolve to lose 36 lbs for the whole year by losing 3 lbs per month.
3. I resolve to cook a good dinner each night.
4. I resolve to get up by 8 am and go to bed by 11pm every night.
5. I resolve to help my son with his homework and review each of his studies every night to help teach him better study habits.
6. I resolve to read up and keep informed on what I need to avoid change to improve my chances of avoiding more crises with my bipolar.
7. i resolve to exercise 30 minutes a day.
How I'm Going to Achieve Them
1. I will have the Bible by my bed and a pad to write my thoughts as I understand what I read all the time so I read this every night. I have a card that helps plan out to read bible within 365 days.
2. I'm making changes in my diet, no sweets, diet sodas, cooking at home, eating right servings.
3. I will make sure food is in house to have to cook meals.
4. Set clock.
5. Make sure My time is free during the time he is free from school. Schedule time. Make sure he is learning not only subjects but how to study.
6. Read my bipolar workbooks and use them. Keep up with bipolar site.
7. Use exercise recombent bike.
Tips and Tricks
- 1. Have lost weight before going slow at it with small weight loss.
- 2. it's hard cutting sweets but once done it's not hard after replacing
- with fruit.
- 3. setting clock with help with getting up.
- 4. Scheduling time is very impt for me. it works.
- 5. Books and workbooks work with me to help with bipolar. I use the
- knowledge and help from psyc doc. also the about.bipolar.com site
- 6. riding bike for exercise is easy. set in front of a tv and easy to use.
