My Top New Year's Resolutions

* I'm going to lose 10 lbs. by February.

* I'm going to finally clean out my hall closet.

* I'm going to finish my Masters degree

How I'm Going to Achieve Them

*I'm going to lose weight by not eating after 7:00 PM, and going to the gym 5 times a week, working out for an hour.

* I'm going to set an exact date like JANUARY 26 for cleaning out the hall closet - IT's a mess!!

* I only have four more credits to get my masters degree, so I'm going to finish this semester.

Tips and Tricks

  • When I was 27, I quit smoking for good after smoking for 9 years. I stuck with my plan, which was to buy the patch and slowly cut myself off. Eventually I quit smoking for good by just sticking with it even thought it was the hardest thing I have ever done in my whole life.

Kelly Roell, Test Prep Guide, says:

Sticking with something difficult is definitely the hardest thing about keeping a goal. Congratulations to you, Ellen! Thanks for the post!
