So, you took the Revised GRE and received your unofficial scores right after you tested. Perfect. But, you really don't know how well you did, especially when compared to other people competing for a spot in the graduate program of which you'd like to be a part!
Are hopeful Chemistry majors scoring in the upper 160s on the Quantitative section?
Are all of those English majors rocking the Verbal section?
Do you stand a chance when compared to others in your same intended major?
Never fear. ETS statistics are here. Take a peek at the Revised GRE scores by intended major, so at least you'll know if you're on the right track. Of course the school of your choice will take many things into consideration when admission is at stake like your GPA, extracurriculars, interview, etc., but since your GRE score is one of the facets they'll consider about you, it's good to know if you're competitive with those whose interests are similar to yours.
